Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Our designers require 10-20 weeks to custom make our garments. The lead times vary by dress details. Once your gown has been completed, we will call you to schedule an appointment to pick up your gown or arrange for mailing shipping via FEDEX. If you paid a deposit instead of in full, final payment is due within 30 days of the gown’s arrival. Please be prepared that dresses could arrive earlier than expected.
